Job Description:
Elite Hospitality Group is seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Head of Hospitality Operations in Las Vegas, NV. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our hospitality operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient service delivery. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, strong operational skills, and a passion for customer service. As the Head of Hospitality Operations, you will be responsible for managing multiple departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all hospitality departments to ensure seamless and efficient service.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and optimize operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor department heads, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Identify and implement new technologies and systems to improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Degree: Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years in hospitality management, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and events. Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing large teams and multiple departments.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and executives.
