Chelsea Marcano is the CEO at Hire Great Minds, a role she has
expertly embraced since founding the company in 2024. She went to UCF and right
after began her Career in Sales in 2013. During this time, her innovative approach was exemplified by her management across one of the top 5 Human Capital Management organization. Chelsea earned
employee of the month and met and exceeded her Quota multiple times.

Following her sales career, Chelsea showcased her leadership abilities as a Sr.
Project Manager at multiple ERP consulting firms and Fortune 100 company, Disney (Enterprise Technology). Her
strategic direction was crucial for each project’s success. From DCAA/ITAR restriction multi-million-dollar government contracts to 60-million-dollar data migration from SAP ECC to SAP S4 HANA her impactful leadership led to the success of each project. 

In 2024, Chelsea founded Hire Great Minds which is flourishing under her
leadership to become the leading recruiting firm in the nation. Her strategic
vision and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in the current and
future success.

Chelsea is also deeply involved in philanthropy. In 2022, she joined Make-A
-Wish Foundation. She assists many organizations in providing job opportunities
for individuals facing employment barriers, particularly those from
marginalized communities amongst others.

Outside of her professional achievements, Chelsea enjoys traveling, exercising,
and spending time with family, friends, and her dog Kingston. Her career reflects a blend of
successful business ventures, pioneering initiatives, and community
involvement, showcasing her remarkable versatility and commitment to both
professional and social advancement.
