Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong quantitative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, performance trends, and key financial metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis to support planning and decision-making processes.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future business outcomes, assess investment opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to management and stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Conduct industry and market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that could impact the company’s financial performance.
  • Data Management: Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets, and financial systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and executive leadership, to gather data and provide financial insights.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all financial activities and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, CFA, or CPA certification.
  • Experience with financial planning software or ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
